Looking at that Robo 1 brings back some great memories of playing it when i was a kid. Seeing Robo 1 and 2 next to each other is quite a sight. I'm getting my first cabinet tomorrow, my wife found a Robocop unit for my birthday. It's being delivered tomorrow and should be an interesting project. I know off hand it'll need some cosmetic work, the sound doesn't quite work (speaker has a low buzz), and for some odd reason Robo won't walk right (so far dubbed Bizzaro-Zoolander). The guy that sold it to us said he tried to replace the stick and it's guts but it still wasn't working. So I've got that going for me, haha. I'll probably be documenting the recovery either via pics and text or video. Can. Not. Wait. The first RoboCop game is still among my most favourite arcade games ever. It may be somewhat basic but it sure feels great marching along as RoboCop and punching/shooting all the bad guys.
