What are your favourite films to watch at Halloween?

Halloween (1978) itself is back in cinemas here in the UK tonight and I'd have gone to see it if it weren't for the fact I watched it again on Blu-Ray the other week.

Not sure what to watch tonight. Might have a triple-bill.

Choices: A Ghostbusters or Addams Family movie for a light-hearted start. Or maybe Shaun Of The Dead or Inbred.

Elm Street, Alien, Texas Chainsaw Massacre or Terminator to ramp up proceedings.

Eden Lake, Martyrs, Inside, [REC], Paranormal Activity 3 or V/H/S maybe to finish?

In no particular order: Halloween '78 of course. H3: Season of the Witch. Trick R Treat. It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. Nightmare Before Christmas. Nightmares (1983). Toy Story of Terror. Ernest Scared Stupid. The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (1949).
I don't catch all of em every halloween, it's just the ones I like to watch.

Trick R Treat is really underrated. H3's pretty cool and weird too - and of course features Dan O'Herlihy.

Nightmare Before Christmas I usually hold off on until the Crimbo season, but suppose it'd because cool Halloween film too

Yeah TrT is certainly underrated. It's reaching cult status pretty quickly. It's pretty much there. H3 is more of a guilty pleasure than anything else. I can't stand to look at Tom Atkins and the acting is cheeseballs but it's so fun to watch! And that Silver Shamrock jam is mighty catchy.
Watching original Halloween now.

The other thing I sometimes watch is Nirvana's Paramount Blu-Ray from Halloween 1991. Caught Cabin In The Woods on TV tonight. Wasn't sure about it to start with. Really liked it by the end.
