Well. I think the last time I posted was 2017. Today I am back!
To be honest, I HATE social media like FecesBook; I was delighted to find that not only is the site here, but the forum is still active!
Someone mentioned that existing members might verify new ones. I’d be wiling to help a bit - especially if it could get the site busy!

It’s really up to the admins - but I bet there’s a lot of fb users that would be more than happy to leave.
One of the advantages of a forum like this is that it feels more friendly. It encourages discussion, and (unless something’s changed) you don’t need to scroll past a spam post or ad (I usually see all my group posts on my timeline, so even if a group page is private, I still have to endure fb crap).

I've recently made my return to the forum realm on the topic of another niche interest of mine. I'm kind of regretting it a little but it reminded me of the true OG of online forums, The Archive.
Hope all is well nerds! _________________ All of humanity is of my creation. They are all the ways I could have lived my life, but didn't. All the possibilities I missed. The reason for their existence is to give contrast to my ego.

You know how movies are finally getting sequels such as Top Gun, Coming to America, and Beetlejuice—I started thinking what it would be like if Robocop 2 was coming out now? What would you have wanted to see in it? Make it like Corporate Wars or make it like the Robocop 2 we got in 1990; or a completely new storyline?

I can see the "Corporate Wars" approach working, as we'd have a real-life time jump as well. The concept of Robo having become obsolete and then being needed once again isn't really new to the franchise (Alpha Commando, PD and even some of the comics have dabbled with it), but I can see it working as a way to get a legacy sequel done. Not that I think they'd do it, but still... _________________ Anything you post can be used against you!
