| Yarbles : | My copy showed up in Los Angeles today. I haven't listened to everything yet, but so far everything sounds amazing. And it looks like it's all here, even cues that were cut from the film. This really is a great CD to pick up, not only does it sound great but the packaging is really great too. The booklet is 20 pages, with detailed essays of the film in general along with track by track notes on each musical piece.
If you haven't bought this, I'd recommend getting it. On the back cover it says this volume is limited to 3000 copies.
I'd buy that for $19.99! (plus $5.45 shipping and tax) |
Any ideas when they will have MP3s on Amazon? I am only interested in its theme song.  "I'd buy it for a dollar!" [grin]

maybe I am confused, but I thought all the themes were released before

I still Haven't got my copy yet ecen though I ordered it back in the middle of April. I was told they sent it out last tuesday....Consider me pissed off.

It looks nice, what they put on the list of tracks, and it's horrible, which pay-methodes you have...
I don't use paypal ... so I loose this time. That's bad.
Hm, dpdlawman the last sentence at the Page: 'Intrada Special Collection limited to 3000 copies!'
When I understand that correctly, you should write them a mail, if they are out of stock.

Well after two weeks I've sent 6 emails and had two phone calls, I got an email at last giving me a shipping confirmation number. They'd lied to me twice about sending it. I will not be doing buisiness with them again.

I have been very angry about the massive delay and the email correspondence was less then pleasant, but after long last I have finally received the soundtrack! First I have to note that Buysoundtrax included a free gift for the wait: A "Terror in the Aisles" Soundtrack that has been autographed by the composer John Beal. Terror in the Aisles is a documentary about the horror genre that was hosted by none other than Nancy Allen and the ever awesome Donald Pleasence. The effort to make up for the problem is much appreciated. Now to the Robo soundtrack. Wow, the sound is so clear and crisp. You can truly hear every single detail and instrument. I felt like I was in the room. It made me fall in love with the music all over again and it was amazing to hear the unreleased tracks. I can't praise the quality enough! A must own for any Robo fan. It comes with a thick little booklet which really goes into great depth of production. Awesome product 10/10!

I received my copy yesterday (Monday).
It came fast since I only placed the order on the Friday before.
Great buy! Sounds terrific and has awesome information in the insert.

Hell, I didn't get a free gift. I'd sent several emails and two phone calls. I got it a few days ago and love it. I'll never be ordering from buysoundtrax though. They could have at the very least kept us posted on the delay.

I ordered the only copy on Amazon, pretty excited to get it in the mail. Here I was thinking that the version that has been out was the definitive one... :roll:
