Well guys, as previously stated that this ia a scam from the pictures being used are of ave4uevoli's armour. after my "request for pics" here is the reply i got:

Your lower legs slide in the front shin section where there is a gap -(this is covered by the shin plate) - attached by velcro - the fit of the plates are tight so that they cover the gap when put back on. The suit can fit an array of sizes and can be altered to fit also. Let me know. Thanks - you can always come and try it on"
the "come and try it on" thingy seemed a little weird as that wouldn't be too much of a drive.

| vegasrobo : | | Yup something fishy there...I can tell you this much as a suit owner I paid 2500 plus shipping and duty fee's when I purchased my suit direct from Bruce unpainted "cause his paintjob was shit",Between the time spent cleaning up the shitty castings drilling out all the bolt details and replaceing then with the correct bolts engraveing missing details in the legs,paint etc..Blood sweat and tears 8 months later a finished product not too mention the 5 months it took too get it from Bruce in the first place,Yeah I think I'm all in pretty close too 5 grand so it's not an outline number.. |
Yeah thats how these "projects" go, don't they Vegasrobo? My Ghostbusters outfit started as an $800 investment for parts for a starter pack and a flight suit for halloween parties. Now, with all the upgrades, additional equipment, and accompaning stuff for the vehicle, I'm in probably in 3 Grand! Its just too easy to get suckered by "well, if i just do THIS it'll look REALLY awesome and then I'll be done!" again and again...and again

hahahahah tell me about it. i wanted a proton pack for ages and finally thought i'll make one!!! long story short, after i made the buck for the shell i was already a thousand pounds in LOL. still i did recoup cash as i have now sold like 20 shells LOL
