Good to see an update meathead, I am very much looking forward to seeing the torso finished. With the pictures you will be posting, will the torso be painted or not?

And "robo pecs". That made me laugh

just getting my glue gun and shizzle out now to continue with the torso, starting with then neck area, then onto the ROBO PECS!!!

it will still be in cardboard form and i will only paint it when every part is complete, that way i only have to faff masking off my garage once.

also, how does the real robo suits have the front and back torso piece held together? straps? velcro? magnets? bolts? magic?

and is it possible to put it on without assistance?

still not quite done, but its at the stage where i was able to cut it in half for a test fit... and it does fit Smile

before i show you the new chest piece, here is a pic of the old one:

very blocky, didnt fit very well at all..

new pics!!

still needs a bit of work, but before i do that im gonna work on the robo diaper first, that way i can test fit the whole torso section, and when its all good ill add the details.

another pic

gonna start on robo diaper today and if i get that done i will start attaching it all the the under suit.

Holy fucking shit that's brilliant.

The difference between your original and the new one in terms of accuracy is staggering. When I can give Public Trusts again mate it's for you so don't let me forget.

go back to sleep Sir, no major updates today.

I have bulked up the front of the robo-diaper and also started on the back which is a lot harder than i thought it would be as he kinda has a curved backside, and having the cardboard curve both horizontally and vertically is quite difficult.... but its coming along nicely

will post pics of this part when ive finished bulking up the back tomorrow.

You may have noticed that i am slowly building the suit up in stages.

stage 1 was to make a rough template for each part
stage 2 (what im on now) is to bulk each part up and add any major structural details.
stage 3 will be to add straps/velcro etc and try it all on and make adjustments where nessisary to make it all fit correctly
stage 4 will be to go back to each part and add the final details
stage 5 classified
stage 6 will be to prep each part for painting
stage 7 is primer paint and lacquer
stage 8 is wear it and look awesome

Hey cheif, good plan on he insides, i wouldnt want it getting all soggy and falling apart!

I was having a play with the two torso halves trying to come up with the best way to fix them to my body and i think ive sussed it now. the back will have velcro straps (think back pack straps bit each one cut in half) then they will fasten to the under suit over each shoulder and around my chest. then the front half of the torso will attach via velcro to the back piece just by pushing it in place.

anywho, as for update on the codpiece, check out my robocock! (what else would you call it?!!!)

so thats the front almost done, not going to attach the belt part of it yet as i need to incorporate some sort of attachemtn method (probs velcro again)

will continue working on the robo-butt next

Thanks for all the PT peeps Smile

Now check out my sexy ass!

Did a quick test fir with the robo-diaper torso and thighs, only problem is that the butt rides up a bit, but when i come to making proper fixing for it all im sure that will sort itself out.

tomorrow i shall start working on the thighs and will order some more glue sticks and velcro

Dame that a fine ass Laughing Another quick suggestion, reinforce that bit well, my cardboard one got a lot of robo chaffing and my foam one I left a space and used elastic to join the front and back, you'll see what I mean when you try it on with the thigh pieces. Amazing work, this will be the most followed thread since Candymans robo2
