Just finished watching Kamen Rider The First. Freaking awesome movie. I can't wait till April when the official Region 1 DVD comes out.

I was watched Hollow man yesteray at night ! woow! is ineteresting that every of the Verhoven films have always original and interesting story ! Pity that he does not make films!

Just saw "The island".
Not bad at all, considering I hate most of Michael Bay work.
Still very fast and too much mtv-videoclipish style, also the last third of the movie gets a bit boring and is not very original, but most of the futuristic universe and its details are quite nice, better than minority report I would say.
I give it a 6/10.

I was also surprised by the Island, it was alright. The car crashes are pretty freakin' cool. The thing that would have made it better, was if the trailer hadn't have given away the whole plot twist about who Ewen McGregor and Scalett Johansen really are. Since it did, all the build up to it in the actual film was very anti climatic.
I just watched "Batman Returns" yesterday, I love Burton's Batman films.
I mean, who wouldn't love this?
