I read Detective Murphy's e-mails as well, and one is from his wife.
It mentions his first name as Alex and she asks if he is home tonight to have a meal as a family as their son is home from college.
Bonus points for the person who can guess the son's name...

This little easteregg is more enjoyable, and authentic, than the whole RoboCop PC game by Titus. I LIKED so much!

Out of all the references in the game (Final Fantasy, Blade Runner and more), the Robo one is the meatiest.
A RoboCop fan perhaps?
