Warner Interactive and Rocksteady announce "Batman: Arkham Planet".
A sequel to "Arkham City", the game will be released in the months after the prequel game that's currently in development - "Arkham Origins". The plot will involve Batman travelling around the world as he tries to stop a ressurected (via Lazarus Pit) Joker from delivering the final punchline.
"We're really looking forward to expanding the scope of the game even more" - says a member of the Rocksteady development team - "Should things go well, we are considering an "Arkham Galaxy" title as well, which will take a more "Brave and the Bold" approach".
Release date: TBA

I read somewhere that Rocksteady were not involved in the next game.
I'm glad that's not true although the name Arkham: Planet is a bit of a wank one.
