I remember borrowing RoboCop 2 for the NES from a friend back in the day. Wasn't too impressed with it and found it waaaaaaaaaaay too difficult. Never made it to Robo-Cain. Heck, I barely beat regular Cain.
I also borrowed R3 and beat that. Didn't enjoy it too much though.
Robo 1 however, I owned (my mom bought it for me for 6 bucks) and I loved it!! I still play it to this day. _________________

Yeah, it was crap. Arcade port was sweet, but both ports were hard especially in its OCP levels. Like impossible!!! I never got into RoboCop 2 game though. It's funny, I never saw the movie when I was playing the games. I finally watched it (wow violent) on my aunt's VHS tape after playing the arcade. Haha.

I played all of the Robocop games on NES and many other consoles. Arcade game was a bit generic in my opinion.
NES games were great especially Robocop 2 IMHO.
It was a masterpiece in it's own time. Though the controls take a bit to adapt to - the game is addicting once you got it.
Robocop 3 was short and hard but fun nevertheless.
First one was a game that followed the movie closely but was a bit generic in terms of gameplay - all the same over and over. Even the main theme wouldn't ever change.
Also there was (if you can say so because it never was released and remained as a prototype) a non-canonical game called Robocop VS Terminator. Worth mentioning I think since it is quite good.
I had a lot of good time with these games.
