The only decent part of that seems to lie in executing fatalitys, the rest will just be messy and half the time probably won't work.

What about movements and basic moves like punches and kicks. Looks a bit crap to me.

Well I just picked up my Nintendo Wii! Bought another controller, the hi def kit, a memory thingy, and two games (Super Paper Mario and Rayman for the wife). I will post several retarded pics and my thoughts on my new system. See you all soon!

Nice one Burnout.
I have played the Wii. I think its a fun system and while I am happy to play on one, I would never actually buy one.
And playing on your own is a little boring...

I managed to purchase a Wii in late March... some friends and I waited outside of Toys 'R' Us for several hours.
Sure, it was a lot to go through for a video game system but we had a great time.
I've completed Twilight Princess and am currently awaiting Spider-Man 3. _________________

Don't get me wrong here. I plan on getting a Wii, but right now I'm disappointed in the lack of original games the Wii has. Right now it looks like the only games for it are either ports (Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Prince of Persia: Rival Swords, etc.) or minigame compilations. I know there are a couple of original titles coming like Smash Bros. Brawl, and Mario Galaxy. No More Heroes looks like it'll be an interesting game, but I hope there will be some announcements for more original games for the Wii, and not more ports.

Well here is my impression of the Wii so far:
It has so much potential but it is all being saved for the dam holidays! lol. Wii sports is a great introduction to the system for beginers, so I love that they packed that in so I can convince folks to play. I wont count that in my lil reviews here. The virtual console is awsome and I love that you can play GC games whenever you want, I just wish you could use the new controllers in some way as I never bought a wavebird and hate wires. Its really neat that you can browse the net on my Wii, the first site I put in was the archive. The second was youtube, which actually worked.
Fun as hell, but there is so much more they can do!
Oh and anyone know how Spiderman will turn out on the Wii? Whats different?

Well, Burnout, here's the Wii version trailer (starring the narration of Bruce Campbell). I read an article that the Wii specific features, are the controls, and the addition of two extra bosses: Morbius and Shriek.

That looks interesting, I love the Bruce Cambell voice over! I just doubt the Wii specific controls will make me want to buy the game twice (once on 360, then Wii).
Perhaps it warrants a rent.

My wii has been sitting untocuhed for about two months, I just finally beat Zelda after not playing it well...for the 2 months, I was at the final dungeon...and its a sweet game, the ending is so so though.
I'm really waiting til May 15th, which is when the new MK comes out for the Wii!!
