In the pilot episode, towards the end, Robo had just taken some damage to his chest from Pudface and you can see his damaged chest plate resulting from this. Then a few moments later when he goes to find Mollardo the chest piece is now back to it's former glory and complete with no damage. Then in the next scene in Mollardo's lab it is back to being damaged again!!

^Simple editing error, can't really go off as worst moment in the series.
For me though, it would have to be either "Ghosts of War" (Robo just stands there and takes the blast).
"When Justice fails" and that damn freezing crap.
"Sisters in crime" which was just a freakin mess.

Well, that episode was really strange 
But for me some of the worst things is when madigan falls of the roof and robo just grads a gadget with a levetation beam 
really, that scene could have been a lot better!!!
Still, the series are better than PD, there are also things that I didnīt like of course, for example the low level of violence (I know it has been said).
They could raise the level of violence, but I feel sorry they only did one season

Sorry, an editing error is still a bad part for me. Specially after how much they spent on the series!
But I agree - what was "Sisters in Crime" about? I always skip that episode.
And I always laugh when Robo says "He went to pieces" in the freezing scene on "When Justice fails". Don't give up the day job, Robo...

That sure was crappy.
One thing I sure thought was silly was in 'Provision 22' when RoboCop reversed the voltage of some eletrical prod/batons or something.
Through his armor.

There are a lot of strange things, like in the episode where robo has the "ISOFLO" or something like that, robo finds Pudface, and canīt stand up correctly due to a system damage
But it recovers is just 2,5 seconds

aaah... so many stupid moments in the series. it's clearly seen that they were made for kids under 10y.old. ... that's why i liked them when i was a kid  ...

It always amazed me how the make up on Murph's face improved through the series.
I always thought the ice cream van shoot outs were immature, and even more immature was the Robo Vs Commander Cash episode (It had a great cartoon in the middle though!).

Roddy Piper as Commander Cash.
I have all the episodes now on Region 2 DVD (which I was unable to transfer to Region 1, so I can only watch on my Computer). And that's about the worst thing I can find to be THE WORST thing about the entire series.
I can get past the no violence issue. It forced RoboCop to think. But I just can't get past Rowdy Roddy Piper!

I've actually grown to like the series.
One thing that annoys me, well I just laugh at it now, is Gadget and Jimmy's poor acting and over the top Robo-worshiping!
The way Gadget goes 'Wow' in the opening title sequence makes me cringe!

That's exactly how I feel about the series. I used to just love it because it had the property name, but it really doesn't hold up to what it should be. TV -shakes head-.
