When I play this I always die on the Toxic Farm level because I can't get over the vats. Is there a knack to jumping them safely?
Also the hidden T1000 bit in one of the early levels: is that solid or is it just me?

I've never heard of the T1000. The Toxic Farm's only problem for me was finding all the secrets. I only found two.
I've beaten the game on SEGA. I reached the last boss with 52 lives. Completed it with 9  .
The most memorable thing for me in this game was that you could take ED-209's Gun Arm.

i managed to get very far (some caves if i remember, or maybe after that... is it the future?) ... anyway, i never beaten the game... i started, but i think i lost my save during Windows crash or something so i lost a will too... maybe i'll do it again  ... not Windows crash... play the game ... anyway, i played it also when i was a kid in "SEGA Clubs" ... i always liked the first level... good graphics, dark city, RoboCop, criminals, and a lots of blood ... oh, and that "gay music" in background with gay voice saying "terminator"

I think the level you're talking about is "Terminator Outpost" - the first one in the future. I actually enjoyed the music.
In the BETA version of the game when Robo jumps he turns for a second in the SNES sprite. Also the BETA version features women criminals and more ED-209's. Plus a few other levels 2 of which are helicopter flying.

I've been wanting to play this one for years, but I've never got around to getting an emulator or an old system or the like. Really like the idea of an adaptation of the comics.
