Anyways...it picture looks nice...even the darkened one. If AvP2 has as much blood and gore as Alien 3 had, then it's gonna be fun.

Urgh....
And it really does look like it's just a bunch of kid TV actors in this one.

lol, with the crap FOX pumps out I won't be suprised if it's close to it. hehe, the second half of that synopsis sounds like Tremors lol
Considering the kind of cast they have, I can see where each of them would fit with a plot line like that. You'll have the teen boy protecting the teen girl whilst they try and reach the rest of his family who are protecting the little girl as the others become fodder for the aliens and those who threaten the Predators.
Damn if that's what it's going to be like I'm going to laugh my nuts off during that entire film lol

AVP was better left alone as a comic book.
I gouged my eyeballs out like Oedipus Rex after seeing the first one.
Nothing will bring the franchise back to the heights of the Cameron era, and no amount of "financial success" collected by the AVP series will ever top the cinematic brilliance of their first two installments (Alien & Aliens)...money or no money.
I hate to agree...but AVP is going the route of Power Rangers. Pretty soon, Amy Jo Johnson will be squaring off against the Queen, herself.

Holy smoke! I can't believe this shit.
It's getting worse and worse each time. The design sucks hard.
They don't even have enough money to hire decent actors and for the fx.
Teen actors because they are aiming for a teen public = a shitty scenario.
Maybe it's too early to say that but by the look of this photo, It doesn't sound like anything good will come out of it.
If they want to make a big decerebrate action movie, let's make it right.
Set it back in the futur, on a hostile planet with a complete squadron of USCM fully armed and let's all hell break lose.

Actually Kamen, the directers have confirmed that the plot is very close to what Johan said.

It may have the same plot, but it's not using the badly reviewed AICN script.
