DELETED SCENES - ROBOCOP 2
In an effort to make RoboCop2 into more of an action movie, a large amount of scenes were cut and removed. This making RoboCop2 nothing like it was in the script.

Suffering from his dismantling by Cain's gang, RoboCop has delusions of visiting Murphy´s gravesite. This surreal dream sequence shows RoboCop with and without a helmet, alternatly throughout the scene.
In one scene Cain and Angie can be seen doing some sort of meditation ritual. Unfortunatly, scenes like these which fleshed out Cain's hippie characteristics were left on the cutting room floor. Another scene gone is Cain and Angie's initial meeting with Dr.Faxx to discuss robotics, thus planting the seed for the most likely candidate to donate to Robocop 2's construction. Cain confronts a Robocop mock-up in the OCP´s reception area and this room also contained several other Robo prototypes that went unseen.
The full size ED209 shows up in RoboCop2 very briefly. However, this scene was originally longer with the camera following the mayors limo as it approached the OCP building and ED-209.
RoboCop finds out that it is Cain inside the RoboCop2 cyborg. He interfaces with Dr Faxx´s computer and searches the files.
RoboCop "They feed him Nuke, who is he?"

PETER WELLER:
"There was a couple of things that made the character more human that weren´t used. I can´t remember exactly what the scenes were,
I just remember wondering why they wern´t in."
GALYN GORG:
"I remember a scene with the character, Cain, and my character, Angie, where we were meditating, focusing, and cultivating energy.
My feeling was that Angie thought Cain had spiritual insights, which were divinely ordained. He had the answer."
NANCY ALLEN:
"In my opinion i don't think anything is missing from the film.
Movies has to be brought in on a certain timelimit and generally
in an action film character will suffer."
